Carpet production in Isfahan, the ancient capital of Iran, prospered during the Safavid dynasty under King Abbas I, who loved art and architecture. Shah Abbas I relocated to Isfahan and gathered skilled carpet craftsmen from all over the world to make carpets for the court.
However, when the Safavid dynasty is destroyed by the invasion of Afghanistan, the production of carpets will also decline. Then, during the two World Wars, the Isfahan people reprinted the Safavid design and began making carpets again.
Since then, Isfahan has become an important producer in Iran's carpet industry. Even today, Isfahan rugs are most admired and loved by those who love Persian rugs.

Warp silk and pile are woven from the finest cork wool that is soft and glossy. It is silky, smooth and comfortable to the touch. Colorful silk thread is used for the edging of the pattern on the pile, and it shines brilliantly depending on the amount of light.

The graceful and elegant Eslimi design, which is typical of Isfahan, and the bright colors are breathtaking.
The balance of colors and patterns is also wonderful, and it captivates the viewer.

A living-sized piece where you can fully enjoy the beauty of Isfahan carpets!
